What an exciting event, scientifically at least… The first instrumental pick up of gravitational waves (yes, a ripple in space-time 🙂 ) from the collision of two blackholes is one thing but that we have been able to pick up the fluctuation and it being a waveform, convert it to sound, we have eyes and now as they say; ears too on the great unknown!
