I just seemed to have spent forever typing out my domain and username every time the connection to exchange or the wireless loses connectivity momentarily, so I put this little thing together , though not to get around the problem, to help make it more bearable.
Essentially it’s just a tool that you add lines of text to and then click the line which holds the text you need and it places that text on the clipboard.
Now of course you don’t want to have to go and open the thing every time you need it, that negates the purpose of the tool in the first place, but on the other hand, if you’re going to have a list of text on screen, might as well just have notepad open… So I threw in a a little transparency and related functionality to help with that. Here‘s an example background to use (remember to rename to ‘bg.png’)
There is more functionality but I won’t go into it here, to read up on it, press F1 when the tool is running.
